The nearest airport is Sheikh ul-Alam International Airport, Srinagar (SXR), about 85 km away. From the airport, you can hire a taxi or take a bus to Kulgam and then proceed towards Katar Nag by local transport. .

By Train

The nearest railway station is Anantnag Railway Station, located around 50 km from Kulgam. From there, taxis and buses are available to reach Katar Nag.

By Road

Katar Nag is accessible via Kulgam town, which is well-connected by road to Srinagar, Anantnag, and Jammu. You can take a private cab or local bus from Kulgam to the base point, followed by a trek to reach Katar Nag.
